Mr. Joey Chambliss, age 30, died July 16, 2015 at his home in Medina. Memorial visitation will be held from 5 until 8 pm Tuesday, July 21, 2015 in the chapel of Medina Funeral Home.
Joey was born in LaPlace, LA to Joseph Charles Chambliss and Carolyn Renee Vanhook Chambliss.
Joey was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Joseph A. Chambliss; maternal grandparents, Darryl Keith Vanhook and Patsy Vanhook.
He is survived by his children, Joseph Chase Chambliss and Kaylee Renee Chambliss; parents, Joseph Charles and Carolyn Renee Chambliss; grandmother, Nancy L. Chambliss, all of Medina; many, many extended family emebers and friends.
