He is survived by his mother, April Zuke and her husband Samuel of Clarksville, Tennessee; sister, Faith Madison; grandmother, Zona (Arnold); grandpa Max (Inge); step grandpa, Kevin; uncle, Max (Tammy); cousins, Kory and Trent; McPeters Family, Lazarus and several loved ones.
