Joyce Pardue, age 79, passed away on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at Maplewood Health Care Center in Jackson, Tennessee.

She was born on January 7, 1944 in Logan County, West Virginia to the late O.C. Pardue and Eva Adkins. She was an active part of the Saint Mary's Manor Community.

In addition to her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by three sons, Harold Glendal Kirk, Jr., Michael A. Kirk and Timothy G. Kirk; one brother, Kenneth Pardue; and one granddaughter, Lauren Ashley Kirk.

She is survived by her daughter, Karolyn Kirk Smith (Tony) of Jackson; two brothers, Roger Pardue (Bonnie) of Maine and O.C. Pardue, Jr. of Germany; seven grandchildren, Kasey Smith Maness (Shane) of Tennessee, Kelby Smith (Cassandra) of Tennessee, Joshua Kirk (Roxie) of North Carolina, Nicholas Kirk of Italy, Heath Kirk (Rachel) of Texas, Nisa Cole of Mississippi and Chelsea Kirk of Ohio; and ten great grandchildren.
