Karen Ann Johnson

Karen Johnson, age 62, passed away on Friday, February 21, 2025 at her home in Jackson, Tennessee.

She was born on February 13, 1963 in Jackson to the late Charles Allen Yandell and Kathleen Atkins Yandell.

In addition to her parents, Karen was preceded in death by her sister, Virgina Allen.

She is survived by her husband, Tony Johnson of Jackson; son, Shawn Johnson and wife Shawna of Jackson; daughter, Megan Hurt and husband Tyler of Jackson; and three grandchildren, Rip Johnson, Carson Hurt and Austin Hurt.

A memorial service will be held at Forest Heights United Methodist Church at a later date.
