Mr. Kenneth David Galloway age 65 of Jackson, passed away Monday, February 19, 2024, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
He was born November 3, 1958, in Galveston, TX to the late Betty Hopper Shell and John David Galloway. Mr. Galloway was a Godly man was proud of his faith. He was a diesel mechanic and owner of Galloway and Sons. Over the years, he enjoyed watching his sons race four wheelers. Mr. Galloway was known for always telling jokes and liked to cut up with others. He loved to fish, play guitar and riding his Harley year round regardless of the weather. Most importantly, he loved his family. Mr. Galloway served our country and was a United States Army Veteran.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson, Peyton Galloway; step-mother, Christine Galloway; step-brother, Terry Shell; sister-in-law, Marguerite Galloway.
He is survived by his wife of forty years, Judy Koegel Galloway; two sons, Brad Galloway and wife Tonya of Newbern and Jason Galloway and wife Chelsea of Hohenwald; brother, Danny Galloway of Jackson; step-brother, Mike Shell and wife Linda of McKenzie; three sisters, Angela Raymond and husband Carlos of Jackson, Dona Elder and husband Cokey of Jackson and Barbara Walton and husband Fred of Bolivar. Other survivors include seven grandchildren, Brylee Paige Galloway, Chandler Galloway, Cason Galloway, Jenna Eagle, Brianna Andrews (Josh), Lennox Culberson and Landree Culberson; two great grandchildren, Owen Andrews and Amelia Andrews; step father, Herman Shell of Gleason as well as nieces, nephews, cousins, brother and sisters-in-laws, cousins and friends.
The Galloway family is honoring his wishes and no formal services will be held.
