LaNelle Miller Alford, age 84, of Jackson, TN is in the care of Medina Funeral Home where funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Tuesday February 20, 2017. Burial will follow in the Browns United Methodist Church. Visitation will be 12 noon Tuesday prior to services.
Ms. Alford was born March 20, 1933 in Kosciusko, MS and departed this life peacefully February 16, 2018 in Jackson, TN. She was a 50 year Alumni of Mississippi College where she received a B.S. in education and worked as a school teacher. She was preceded in death by her three brothers and a sister.
Ms. Alford is survived by her children; Deborah (Dr. Donald) Alford Bell, Robert (DiAnna) Wayne Alford, Rogena Alford Lewis, grandchildren; Brian Bell, John Bell, Veronica Bell, Mary Lewis Bomya, Anna Lewis, Johnathan Lewis
