Larry William Bishop, age 58, of Medina, TN is in the care of Medina Funeral Home where a visitation will be held 5-8pm Thursday, October 5, 2017. A funeral service will be held 1pm Friday, October 6, 2017 at New Covenant Pentecostal Church with a visitation 11:30-1pm before the service. The burial will take place at Hopewell Cemetery following the service.
Larry was born January 15, 1959 in Gibson County, TN and departed this life October 4, 2017 in Jackson, TN. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill & Vera Bishop.
His family states that he liked watching Nascar Racing. His favorite hobby was scrap ironing and most of the time that is what he would be doing. He was a longtime member of the New Covenant Pentecostal Church.
He is survived by his loving wife, Doris Bishop; daughters, Shannon Price & Nicole (Tony) Leslie; grandchildren, twins Anna & Dylan Price, Austin Leslie, Tyler Price, & Kaleb Leslie; great-grandchildren, Maya Dunning & Serenity Jade Price; and brothers, Jerry Ray Bishop, Jerry Wayne Bishop, Jacky Bishop, & Paul David Bishop.
