Mr. Lewis Bolerjack, age 89, departed this life on Monday, March 23, 2020 in Humboldt, Tennessee.

He was born on December 15, 1930 in Gibson County to the late Sam E. Bolerjack and Lillith D. Allen.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Lewis was preceded in death by two brothers, Leland Bolerjack and Lymon Bolerjack; three sisters, Dathel Gately, Christine Spain and Blondell Hensley; and one grandson, Brent Barnett.

He is survived by his son, Paul Bolerjack of Arkansas; two daughters, Susan Dowdy (Gary) of Humboldt, Tennessee and Patti Spitzer of Humboldt, Tennessee; three grandchildren, Melissa Barnett, MaryAnn Smith and Megan Epperson; and five great grandchildren, Zac, Connor, Dylan, Paisley and Mila.
