Services for family and friends of Lillian Williams will be held on 2 pm Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at Parkburg Baptist Church with Bro. Danny Rachel officiating. Visitation will be held at the church on Tuesday from 12:30pm until the time of the service.
Mrs. Williams was born on October 22, 1927 to the late William and Florence Mayo. A resident of Jackson, Tennessee, Mrs. Williams worked at Morgan Lumber Company. She passed away at Laurelwood Nursing Home on June 24, 2014 after a brief illness.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 7 brothers, 2 sisters, and a son, Michael Williams.
She is survived by a brother, Robert Mayo. She is also survived by her 7 remaining children: Carolyn (Elvin) Wells of Brownsville, Deborah Chmeil of Michigan, Teresa Williams of Milan, Patricia Williams of New York, Gary (Pat) Williams, Kenneth (Wanda) Williams, and Vickie (Steve) Hays, all of Jackson. She is also remembered by her 15 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
