Lisa Carole Record, age 60, of Henderson, TN is in the care of Medina Funeral Home.  A graveside service will be held 1pm Saturday, September 8, 2018 at Pisgah Cemetery in Henderson, TN.  The family has requested for friends and family to meet at the funeral home at 12pm for “one last ride” to the graveside service.

Lisa was born August 23, 1958 in Jackson, TN and departed this life surrounded by loved ones on September 4, 2018.  She was preceded in death by her son, Jason Howard Stansell; and mother, Carolyn Russell.

She is survived by her loving husband, Rex Record; three sons,  Billy (Jennifer) Cupples, Lee (Trish) Stansell, and Terry (Jamie) Wray; 15 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; 3 sisters; and 4 brothers.

Pallbearers include Denver Ross, Griffyn Stansell, Daniel Payne, Cody Cupples, Breck Gregory, and Connar Webb.  Honorary Pallbearers include Skyler Blackwell and Kaden Cupples.
