Lois "Judy" Blazer

Mrs. Judy Blazer, age 71, passed away on Sunday, November 22, 2020 in Big Sandy, Tennessee.

She was born on October 9, 1949 in Murray, Kentucky to the late Joe B. Moore and Elva Louise Belisle Moore.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Blazer; daughter, Kim Smallwoods; and seven brothers.

Mrs. Judy is survived by her daughter, Tonya Elam of Big Sandy, Tennessee; brother, Dale Moore of Trenton, Tennessee; four sisters, Joyce Green of Medina, Tennessee, Gail Edwards of Humboldt, Tennessee, Cheryl Cates of Bradford, Tennessee and Kay Horten of Trenton, Tennessee; four grandchildren, Dillon Patterson, Scarlett Johnson, Sarah Lane and Taylor Elam; and two great grandchildren, Brennan Patterson and Alannah Johnson.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, November 25, 2020 in the chapel of Medina Funeral Home with Bro. Joe Shannon officiating. Burial will will follow at Gibson County Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12:00 P.M. until the service hour.
