Margie Ann Brewer

Margie Brewer, age 84, passed away on Friday, August 2, 2024, at Bells Nursing Home.

She was born on May 7, 1940, in Haywood County to the late Thomas J. Carr and Liddie Carr.

In addition to her parents, Margie was preceded in death by her husband, William D. Brewer; three brothers, Woodrow Carr, Zell Carr and Frank Carr; and four sisters, Laverne Ross Smith, Ocie Miller, Vivan Cowan and Jewell Cicenors.

She is survived by her daughter, Shelia Easley of Jackson; son, Michael Brewer (James) of Jackson; three grandchildren, Anna Clair Easley, William Clay Easley and Christopher Shane Easley; nine great grandchildren, Carter Easley, Norah Easley, Madison Frazer, Braxton Vanzant, Memphis Easley, Andersen Easley, Ben Gray, Liam Gray and Saphira Easley; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial gathering will be held from 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. on Friday, August 9, 2024, in the chapel of Medina Funeral Home.
