Mr. Mark Upton, age 59, died Sunday, October 5, 2014 at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville.
He was born in Selma, AL to the late Billie and Billie Rhodes Upton and was educated in the local schools.
Mr. Upton was a veteran of the U.S. Marines and was owner/operator of Upton Trucking.
He is survived by his wife Bernice Upton; son, Daniel Nelson; daughter, Elizabeth Nelson; step-daughters, Tina Loy and Jana Koch; sisters, Charlann Morris, Julee Kirkpatrick, Susan Upton; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild; the family pet, Rowdy
