Mrs. Martha Rea Lofton Smallwood age 71 of Alamo, passed away Monday, December 20, 2021 in Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

She was born November 29, 2021 in Lexington to the late Ernest "Babe" and Lona Lofton. Mrs. Smallwood retired as an administrative assistant from Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

Survivors include her husband, Johnny Smallwood of Alamo as well as a sister, Tina Woods of Lexington.

A graveside service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Smallwood will be held on Thursday, December 23, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in Lexington City Cemetery with Bobby Rawson officiating and burial following.
