He was born on October 1, 1962 in Willoughby, Ohio to Fred Raymond Frisbie, Jr. and Barbara Lucille Stiritz.
A memorial service will be held will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, May 4, 2019 at Trinity Methodist Church in Alma, Arkansas which is adjacent to his primary residence of VanBuren. A luncheon will be provided by the Ladies Auxiliary of the church.
