Memorial services for Mr. Monte Dean Church, age 54, of Humboldt, Tennessee, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at Calvary Baptist Church in Humboldt with Bro. Steven Dillard officiating. Medina Funeral Home and Cremation Service is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Church passed away Friday, October 17, 2014 at Humboldt Medical Center.
Monte was a member of Calvary Baptist Church; was an avid Nascar fan and knife collector.
His father, Bob Church, preceded Monte in death.
He is survived by his wife Angela; mother, Joyce Church; sisters, Cari Erven and Shari Church; brothers, Randy, Cody and Bob Church; ten nieces; seven nephews; three uncles; six aunts.
