Ms. Patricia Johnson

Patricia Marie Johnson went to be with the Lord February 25, 2016  in the home of her son, Samuel Johnson, surrounded by family.
She was born November 15, 1926. Married to Rev. Vernon Johnson who preceded her in death.  She worked tirelessly by his side in ministry all of their married lives.
A gifted musician, she directed numerous choirs, musical performances of all ages, played the piano & organ for services & special occasions.
She was a wonderful mother & homemaker & is survived by her 3 children; Nava Hanners & husband Ron, Sam Johnson & wife Melody, Janelle Thompson & husband Tim, 6 grandchildren & 2 great grandchildren. The eldest of 7 she is survived by 1 sibling and numerous nieces & nephews.  Her contagious laughter, warmth & ready wit are sorely missed by all who knew her.
Funeral services will be held at New Covenant Pentecostal Church in Medina, TN  February 27, 2016 with visitation from 2:30 to 4:30 pm and funeral service at 4:30 pm. Services will also be held in  Plano, TX March 5, 2016 where her husband is buried.
