Patrick Joseph Tubbs, the beloved son of Lori Tubbs Douglas & Tony Douglas as well as Gary & Dana Brainerd, Jr., is in the care of Medina Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will take place 12:00pm Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at Eldad Baptist Church with visitation 10-12pm beforehand. The burial will follow at Eldad Baptist Church Cemetery.
He was born November 28, 1987 in Jackson, TN and departed this life, December 2, 2017 in Lexington, KY. He was preceded in death by his brother, Drew Burke; grandfathers, Joe Tubbs, Wymon Roberts, and Jack Keeling; aunt, Denise Keeling; and step-mom, Shana Brainerd.
He is survived by his parents; four brothers & four sisters, Chris & Megon Burke, Tony & Ashton Burke, Jeremy Douglas, Misty Douglas, Wendy Douglas, Walker Creighton, Amber Sharp, and Lea Brainerd; grandparents, Annie Lee Tubbs, Ruth Keeling, Peggy Roberts, and Gary & Eileen Brainerd, Sr.; uncles, Joseph Tubbs, RL Fly, Johnny Keeling, and Glen Phillips; aunts, Angela Tubbs Burke, Emily Fly, Marlena Phillips, Misty Teeter, Colleen Fleming, Heather Tipton, and Paige Dietrich; niece, Vayda Burke; nephews, Ulrik Burke and Alex Burke; and special aunt & uncle, Terry & Joyce Youmans.
Live outdoor plants are welcomed as they will be used for a Memorial Garden in Patrick's memory.
