Mrs. Peggy Nell Moore Britton age 72 of  Bells, passed away Saturday, July 6, 2019 in Humboldt Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

She was born February 9, 1947 in Whiteville to the late Jessie Moore and Alice Ginelle Moore. Mrs. Britton retired from Bells Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Patricia Moore, Juanita Moore and Edna Moore.

Survivors include a daughter, Angie Moyers and husband Mark of Bells; son Charlie Moody and wife Susan of Hillville; three sisters, Cynthia Moore of Counce, Teri Stewart of Bells and Sandra Lopp of Brownsville; brother, Kenneth Moore. Other survivors include four grandchildren, Charles Moody (Sunnie), Amber Moody, Clyde Moyers (Alex Primrose), Drake Moyers; great grandchildren, Maddie Horn and Jaxon Horn; a special friend, Olivia Watson as well as five nieces and five nephews.

Serving as pallbearers are Doug Jones, Keith Burns, Drake Moyers, Clyde Moyers, Charles Moody and Raymond Lopez.

Funeral services for Mrs. Britton will be conducted Monday, July 8, 2019 in the Sanctuary of Bells First Baptist Church with Bro. Wayne Foropoulos officiating. Burial will follow in the Belleview Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday at the church from noon until the service hour.
