Mrs. Peggy Ford, age 90, passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

She was born on April 18, 1930 in Friendship, Tennessee to the late Raymond C. Cherry and Mary Murray Cherry. She was a long time member of Salem Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Peggy was preceded in death by her husband, Robert H. Ford, Sr. and two sisters, Elizabeth Day and Frances Harber.

Mrs. Peggy is survived by her two sons, Robert H. Ford, Jr. of Milan, Tennessee and David Ford and his wife Cindy of Milan, Tennessee; two daughters, Cherry Klein and her husband Rodger of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida and Becky Redman and her husband Mark of Arlington, Texas; and four grandchildren, Jennifer Klein of Seattle, Washington, Zach Ford and his wife Miranda of Nashville, Tennessee, Logan Ford of Nashville, Tennessee and Andi Redman of Fort Worth, Texas.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, January 16, 2021 in the chapel of Medina Funeral Home with Darrell Rigley officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M. until the service hour.

Masks are required and only ten people will be directed in to the chapel at a time.

In lieu of flowers, the family requested donations be made in her honor to St. Jude Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
