Phillip Shea Carnell, age 41, passed away at his home on Monday, May 11, 2020 in Humboldt, Tennessee.

He was born on May 15, 1978 in Jackson, Tennessee to Phillip Mitchell Carnell and Veronica Diane Carnell.

In addition to his parents, Shea is survived by his two brothers, Marcus Heath Carnell and Jesse Aaron Carnell (Stephanie) and his finacé, Tonya Kolwyck.

There will be a memorial service held at a later date at Smyrna Baptist Church.
