Preston Rainey, age 68, passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2024, at Christian Care Center of Medina.
He was born on May 25, 1956, in Madison County to the late Emmitt Rainey and Mary Inez Rainey.
In addition to his parents, Preston was preceded in death by his four brothers, Mack Rainey, Jack Rainey, Bobby Rainey and Thomas Rainey and three sisters, Sarah Henley, Patricia Vanalstine and Nancy Cupples.
He is survived by three sisters, Billie Young of Jackson, Jo Carter of Medina and Carolyn Rainey of Jackson and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, August 30, 2024, in the chapel of Medina Funeral Home
The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until the service hour.
