Mr. McNeil passed away on November 21, 2021 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

He was born on March 6, 1945 in Jackson, Tennessee to the late Ray Hall McNeil, Sr. and Margaret Parrish McNeil.

He proudly served his country in The United States Air Force.

He is survived by his son, Zach McNeil (Amanda) of Lexington, Tennessee; three sisters, Debbie Stewart (Randy) of Jackson, Tennessee, Mona Jordan of Augusta, Georgia and Laura Alexander of Medina, Tennessee; two nephews, Greg Stewart and Sam Alexander and one niece, Amber Jordan. Other survivors include two grandchildren, Dylan Alford and Kori McNeil; and three great grandchildren, Conley, Taylor, Isabella.
