Ray was a member of the Baptist Church, made his living a farmer, a member of the National Guard, had served as an Alderman, Volunteer Fireman for the city of Newborn, TN and had served as President of the Newborn Jaycees.
Ray leaves his wife Mae Waller of Milam, sons; Milton (Pam) Waller of Halls, Raymond (Penny) Waller, Johnny (Dawn) Waller of Alaska, sister; Brenda Huey of Jackson, 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
He was preceded by his parents; Charles Edward and Nola Waller, brother; Landon Waller.
Services are 2 pm Sunday July 15, 2012 at the Beech Grove Baptist Church in Dyersburg, TN.
