Richard "Rick" Lane Watson, Sr.

Rick Watson, age 72, passed away on Tuesday, January 14, 2025 in Paris, Tennessee.

He was born on July 13, 1952 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Barnie Watson and Vera Masfield Watson.

In addition to his parents, Rick was preceded in death by his daughter, Tina Watson and four brothers, Buddy Watson, Barne Lynn Watson, Phillip Watson and Randy Watson.

He is survived by his wife, Carol Watson of Paris; son, Richard Watson, Jr. (Faylynn) of Paris; two daughters, Tracy Watson of Paris and Nicole Barton (Craig) of Medina; step brother, Ricky Hobbs of Dresden; sisters, Belinda Hogland (Bill) of Illinois, Sheila Davis (Dale) of Sharon; Anita Wilson (John) of Florida and step sister Rhonda Martin (Kent) of Martin; and three grandchildren, Payton, Keon and Alexis.
