Robert F. Hawkins

Mr. Robert Hawkins, age 84, passed away on Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at NHC in Milan.

He was born on April 19, 1940 in Hollsopple, Pennsylvania to the late George Hawkins and Eva Hawkins. He proudly served in the United States Navy and worked as a production engineer.

In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by three brothers, John Hawkins, James Hawkins and George Hawkins and one sister, Loretta Hawkins.

He is survived by his wife of sixty five years, Donna Hawkins of Milan; three daughters, Robin Hinson (Robert) of Newbern, Terri Slater (Paul) of Newbern and Melissa Willman (William) of Blytheville, Arkansas; and seven grandchildren, Jennifer Gordon (Wesley), Samantha Hinson, April McDonald (Randy), Julie Adkins, Amanda Smith, Alex Draughn, and Hayley Foster (Zack).

Other survivors include great grandchildren, Brookelynn Gordon, Drew Gordon, Will Gordon, Lauren Gordon, Anthony Jimenez, Austyn Adkins, Adryn Adkins, Nathan McDonald, Aleia McDonald, Mary Smith, Eva Simpson, Baylee Simpson, Lily Simpson, Luke Griffin, Laney Draughn and Lilli Draughn.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
