He was born on October 27, 1943 in Elgin, Illinois to the late Anthony Orloski and Jean Tetzloff.

Robert is survived by his wife of 50 years, Linda Johnson Orloski; daughter, Elizabeth Cagle; sister, Wendy Johnson; and two grandchildren, Chasity Finch and Amber Finch.
