Mr. Robert Earl Payne, age 76, of Gibson, TN died Saturday, August 29, 2015 at Regional Hospital of Jackson.

Services are incomplete with plans of burial in Texas.

He was born in Indiana to the late James B. and Mary Brown Payne. Mr. Payne was retired from the U. S. Army and also Cub Cadet.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Claudie Elizabeth "Beth" Payne in 2009; brother, Hollis Payne.

He is survived by his brothers, James and Richard Payne; sons, Reinaldo and David Payne; daughter, Lizette Neal; son, Robert; daughter, Joanna Payne; fifteen grandchildren.
