Roger was born September 23, 1947 in Pana, IL and departed this life June 5, 2017 in Jackson, TN. He was preceded in death by his parents; Edgar Sr. and Darlene Williams, brothers; Charles Williams, Edgar Williams Jr..
He is survived by his wife, Diane Williams; son, George Williams, cousins; Linda Russavo, Dee Hahn, children by choice; Dedira White, Tim (Denise) White, Paul (Cheryl) McKnight, many cousins. nieces and nephews.
