Rosa Sanders, age 69, passed away on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

She was born on November 9, 1951 in California to Vesta Parker Howard and the late Noel Freed Howard, Sr.

In addition to her father, Rosa was preceded in death by her son, Andy Johns; brother, Noel Freed Howard, Jr.; and sister, Rhonda Howard.

Rosa is survived by her mother, Vesta Parker Howard of Paragould, Arkansas; son, Shane Hodge (Ann) of Cedar Grove, Tennessee; daughter, Mellanie Coffman (Steven) of Jackson, Tennessee; sister, Melissa Howard of Paragould, Arkansas; nine grandchildren, Zachery Hall, Parker Hall, Sarah Smith, Adam Stewart, Brandi Stewart, Jordyn Johns, Seth Coffman, Paige Coffman and Colton Alexander; and ten great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 6:00 P.M., Friday, July 30, 2021 in the chapel of Medina Funeral Home with Constance Dewberry Rodgers officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. until the service hour.
