Mrs. Garrett departed this life Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at Humboldt General Hospital after a long illness. She was born in Illinois to Bradley and Hallie Withiem. She was a retired from the health care industry and has resided in West Tennessee since 1986.
Mrs. Garrett is survived by her husband of over 20 years Howard Garrett, children; Warren Singer, wife Jodi of Prairieville, LA, George Narcih, Brad Nirchih of Dyer, Sherry Ducote, husband Donald of Baton Rouge, LA, Vonda Singer of IN, Joey Hartsuff of Dyer, many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
