Diane was born December 13, 1946 in Milan, TN and departed this life June 16, 2018 in her home in Atwood, TN. She was preceded in death by her sons, Michael Williams & Robert Williams; grandson, Matthew Williams; parents, Edward & Stella Lay; and brother, Ronald Lay.
She is survived by her lovely daughters, Amy Vestal & Christy Williams; brother, Gary Lay; sisters, Melissa Lay & Sylvia Lay; 14 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren
