Sheri Burton

Mrs. Sheri L. Burton (Robertson) died peacefully on March 3, 2019 in Smyrna, TN at the age of 48.

Sheri is survived by her father, Dennis Robertson of Jackson, TN; husband, Jessie Burton of Smyrna TN; children, Howard Williamson of Nashville, TN and Dexter Robertson of Chattanooga, TN.  She was preceded in death by her mother Lois J. Robertson of Jackson, TN.

Sheri was born on December 15, 1970 in Jackson, TN to Dennis W. Robertson and Lois J. Robertson. She married Jessie Burton, in 2004. After moving to Nashville, TN, Sheri began working for Asurion as a Senior workforce analyst for over 10 years. Her children remember her as a kind hearted, patient mother who encouraged them to pursue their goals.

Sheri was an accomplished artist. She was a witty, fun loving individual who loved her family, friends and companion Maxwell.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on March the 16th at Rose Hill Cemetery in Humboldt, TN with Bro. Tom Crandall officiating and burial to follow. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Sheri’s life. Flowers can be sent to the funeral home, at 302 W. Church Ave. Medina TN.
