She was born March 29, 1990, in Jackson to Gwendolyn Thompson Galloway and the late Jimmy Lee Galloway.

Samantha is survived by her son, Jordan Joshlin of Henderson and her mother, Gwendolyn Galloway.

A service to celebrate Samantha's life will be held at a later date.
