Steve Simpson

Steven "Steve" Jay Simpson age 50 of Millington, formerly of Humboldt, passed away Thursday October 17, 2024. 

He was born November 25, 1973, in Huntingdon to Janelle Presson Couch and the late JW Simpson. Steve was a plant manager for Delta Industries. He loved his family and friends and will be missed by all who were blessed to have known him.

He is survived by his loving wife, Amy Simpson of Millington; three sons, Steven Jacob Simpson of Humboldt, Christopher Dylan Simpson and wife Hailey of Texas and Hayden Diffee of Nashville; two sisters and two brothers, Theresa Gates, Christina Evans, Robert "Bubba" Simpson and Wayne Simpson all of Tennessee. Other survivors include a grandson, Isaac Alexander Simpson. 

A funeral service to celebrate Steve's life will be conducted on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Medina Funeral Home & Cremation Service. Entombment will follow at Highland Memorial Gardens in Jackson. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, and again on Wednesday from 12:00 noon until the time of service.
