He was born on October 31, 1954 in Galion, Ohio to the late Wayne Repp and Harriett Caris Repp.

In addition to his parents, Steven was preceded in death by his brother, Gary Repp.

Steven is survived by his wife of 20 years, Mary Repp; daughter, Lindsey Gordon (James); brother, Dave Repp (Carrie); sister, Sue Bartholew (Stan Dumbach); four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
