Sue Jordan

Sue Jordan, age 78, passed away on Friday, August 18, 2023 in Jackson, Tennessee.

She was born on Februay 4, 1945 in Huntingdon, Tennessee to the late Wade Pinkley and Freda Ballard Pinkley. Sue was a Godly woman who had a heart for fostering children with special needs. She was a member at Dwell Church in Jackson.

In addition to her parents, Sue was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Jordan,

She is survived by three sons, Lee Blakemore of Jackson, Jason Williams of Jackson and Gary Jordan (Vivian) of Illinois; four daughters, Allison Nunnery of Milan, Julie Summers of Gleason, Tammy Jordan-Malek of Illinois and Gennene Jordan Miles of Illinois; and two brothers, Wallace Pinkley of Florida and Kenneth Pinkley (Mary Frances) of Huntingdon.

Other survivors include grandchildren, Matthew Nunnery, Nathan Nunnery, Blake Nunnery (Brielle), Brooke Chandler, Hunter Summers, Rickey Jordan, Danielle Malek, Dj Malek, Heather Jordan and David Jordan and eight great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 2:30 P.M. on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 in the chapel of Medina Funeral Home with Bro. Fred Thompson officiating. Burial will follow at Christian Chapel Church Cemetery in Huntingdon.

The family will receive friends from 1:30 P.M. until the service hour in the chapel.
