Ms. Susan Lynn Cook Lytle age 58 of Humboldt, TN is in the care of Medina Funeral Home where services will be 4 pm Saturday, April 16, 2016, with Bro. Paul Barnes and Dustin Cook officiating. Visitation will be 3-4 pm Saturday at the funeral home.
Susan departed this life Monday April 11, 2016 at her home. She was born April 10, 1958 in Humboldt, TN daughter of the Lonnie Cook and Hazel Graves Moss. She had worked for Wilson’s in Humboldt. Her father preceded her in death: Lonnie Cook, brother; Nathanial Wayne Bubba Cook.
Susan is survived by her mother; Hazel Moss, children; Michelle Jeanette Edwards, Pamela Carol Woods, Jerry Robert Lytle, Mathew Thomas Lytle, 8 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, sisters; Melinda Ann Cook Smith, Janet Denise Moss Jackson.
