Teresa Frazier

Mrs. Teresa Louise Ward Frazier age 64 of Jackson, passed away Sunday, November 21, 2021 in Maplewood Health Care Center.

She was born May 6, 1957 in Paducah, KY to the late Edward Ward and Elma Katherine Stansill Ward. Mrs. Frazier was a homemaker and attended Clark's Creek Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers, Patricia Smith, Shelia Middleton, Jimmy Buchanan and Robert Ward.

Survivors include her husband of forty-eight years, Dallas Frazier; two daughters, Amy Ward and husband Nathan of Henderson and Shannon Bedocs and husband George of Jackson; sister, Diane Moorehead of MS. Other survivors include four grandchildren, Samantha Carlton, Haley Ray, Auburn Ward and Presley Ward as well as two great-grandchildren, Silas Gurley and Landry Carlton.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Frazier, will be conducted Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Medina Funeral Home with Bro. Larry Blankenship officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens. The Frazier family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
