Mrs. Theresa Lorraine Dunn, age 89, passed away on Thursday, February 4, 2021 surrounded by her family after a long battle with Alzheimers.
She was born on November 26, 1931 to the late Leo Eithel Knisell and Vivian Bernice Knisell. Formally of St. Louis, Missouri, she has lived Humboldt, Tennessee for the past sixty years.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Theresa was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Clayton Dunn; children, Paula Ann Dunn, Glennon Paul Dunn and Laura Leigh Dunn; brother, Leon Patrick Knisell and his wife Pauline Opal Knisell; sister, Deloris Jean Branham; and great granddaughter, Kaylee Jo French.
She is survived by her children, Michael L. Dunn of Humboldt, Tennessee, Dennis J. Dunn (Tina) of McComb, Mississippi, Gregory M. Dunn (Karen) of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Nola M. Wadley of Jackson, Tennessee, Sandra L. Brown (Marvin) of Gadsden, Tennessee, and Melissa A. Simpson of Round Mountain, Nevada; grandchildren, Teesha A. Todaro (Michael) of Santa Clara, California, Denissa J. Prine of Summitt, Mississippi, Kristin L. Egan (R.J.) of Florissant, Missouri, William M. Dunn (Dawna) of Van Buren, Arkansas, Jessica A. Pate (Archie) of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Sarah L. Brown (Chris) Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Jayme D. French (Lyle) of Benton, Kentucky, Amanda A. Wadley of Jackson, Tennessee, April L. Hall (Marcus) of Humboldt, Tennessee, Samantha H. Brown of Bells, Tennessee, Ashley E. Burse of Jackson, Tennessee, Robin E. Burse of Humboldt, Tennessee and Melinda Renèe Simpson of Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Other survivors include her great grandchildren, Kiley M. Egan, Collin Egan, Callen Prine, Camilla Prine, Carly Belle Prine, Brecken B., Gabriella Sport, Blake Dunn, Hadleigh Milller, Jameson Wadley, Jillian Evans, Tristan French, Kendall French, Lakyn French, Raven Smith, Braeden Smith, Makayla Manley, Sebastian Elmore, Jace Burse, Emma Tipton, Jordan Brown; one great great grandchild on the way, Khayri Watkins.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, February 6, 2021 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Humboldt, Tennessee with burial to follow at Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M. until the service hour on Saturday.
