Mr. Tim Bettie, age 63, passed away on Monday, November 8, 2021 at his home in Medina, Tennessee.

He was born on December 8, 1957 in Gibson County to the late J.R. Bettie and Annie Joe Bettie.

In addition to his parents, Tim was preceded in death by his wife, Julie Bettie; one brother, Robert Lynn Bettie; and two sisters, Shelia Lindley and Lisa Rodgers.

He is survived by his daughter, Jackie Bettie of Medina, Tennessee; three brothers, Jerry Bettie of Oakfield, Tennessee, George Bettie of Gibson, Tennessee, and Dale Bettie of North Carolina; and three sisters, Doris Harris of Atwood, Tennessee, Melody Brockman of Medina, Tennessee and Krystal Smith of Gibson, Tennessee.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M., Friday, November 12, 2021 in the chapel of Medina Funeral Home with burial to follow at Latham's Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Thursday, November 11, 2021 in the chapel of Medina Funeral Home.
