Timothy was born October 28, 1961 in Jackson, TN and departed this life July 16, 2016 at Jackson General. He graduated Southside High School Class of 1979; he played golf at Bethel College and worked as the General Manager of TSG Facilities.
Timothy is survived by his wife of 21 years: Karen Tims. Son; Drew (Jessica) Hammett, grandson; Parker Hammett, daughter; Tara Tims, grandson; Jeremiah Douglas, daughter; Elizabeth Morgan Tims, mother; Peggy Tims. He was preceded in death by his father; John Tims Sr., brother; John Tims Jr.
Timothy loved his family, his job, his employees, his friends and golf, playing professionally for a few years. He always tried to please and take care of people, he was known as one of the funniest people you could ever meet.
