Walter was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Rita Jean Swigert.
He is survived by his brother-in-law, Robert Arnold and sister-in-law, Jane Arnold.
A graveside service will be held at 2:30 P.M., Friday, February 8, 2019 at Lebanon Methodist Church Cemetery.
