William Blake, age 68, passed away on Friday, December 27, 2024, at Milan General Hospital.

He was born on April 18, 1956 in Chicago, Illinois to the late William Blake and Marilyn Collopy Blake.

In addition to his parents, William was preceded in death by his brother, Tom Blake.

He is survived by two sisters, Karen Peterson of Algonquin, Illinois and Susan Chefalo of Sleepy Hollow, Illinois.
