Ms Lucy was born March 5, 1931 to the late Aaron and Clara Teague Sykes in Decatur Co., TN. She departed this world Friday September 25, 2015 in Jackson. She was educated in the local schools, a homemaker and a mother to many. She was preceded in death by her husband; John H. Walters, parents, 5 siblings, 1 grandchild and Mary Thursby.
